Hi @Phạm Tuấn Anh. I'm kapa.ai, your friendly support bot. I will try to answer your question by searching through the knowledge base. ---------------------- Yes, Normcore's underlying protocol, WebRTC, includes features for data compression. This is particularly useful for audio and video streaming. The features include compression, jitter buffers, echo cancellation, noise suppression, sample rate conversion, and hardware encoding/decoding. These features are automatically implemented by WebRTC, making it an excellent choice for achieving industry-standard audio and video quality in your products. However, the specific details on how to manually compress or decompress data for better connection are not provided in the provided sources. Normcore manages the transport protocol so you don’t have to, meaning you can access all the benefits of WebRTC—without any of the extra work. For more information, you can refer to the Normcore Documentation (https://normcore.io/documentation/architecture/transport#webrtc-includes-the-audiovideo-features-you-need). ---------------------- Note: you can ask me a follow up question by @ mentioning me again :speech_balloon: ----------------------

what are you sending? normcore isn't well suited to streaming video. you're better off uploading to a cloud server and then sharing the url if you're asking about general data syncing normcore is already pretty performant and only sends delta changes
